Need to create a web layout of a website for internal business processes for a manager. 

The layout should have the following functionality: 

1. Add, edit and delete driver accounts.

2. Ability to populate a trip schedule for each driver:

3. Date.

4. Day of the week.

5. Time.

6. Customer's name.

7. From (address).

8. Where to (address).

9. Price of the journey.

10. Possibility to view and edit the actual trips of each driver, deviations from the planned schedule and deviations from the planned cost due to additional services (divided by calendar months).
